The health officer is responsible to examine all nuisances, sources of filth and causes of sickness and to report the same to the Board of Health. For the purposes of examination, the health officer shall have the power to enter any building or go upon any lot within the city where she/he has reason to believe that any nuisance, source of filth or cause of disease does or may exist.
