Parks and Recreation

The Mayville Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the citizens of Mayville and the surrounding areas by providing for the recreational and facility needs of the community. The department will pursue this though a commitment to excellence, a clear sense of direction, effective leadership that guides a creative and competent work force, and a response to customer needs through trust and communication.

Weekly News

Register for all Recreation programs at the TAG Center or call 920-387-7988 with questions. 

Due to COVID-19 pandemic all outdoor Recreation programs will be practicing as much physical distancing as practical.  Temperature checks may be implemented as well.

Indoor Recreation programs will be recommended to follow CDC guidelines and limitations may be implemented as well.

Flag Football Camp

When: Mondays September 21- October 12

Where: Theiler Park

1st & 2nd Graders 5:00- 5:30               $15

3rd & 4th Graders 5:45- 6:30               $20

*Any 5th-9th graders interested in a camp may put name on waiting list at the TAG Center.  Determination will be made based on number interested to run 5th-9th grade camp. 

Soccer Camp

When: Thursdays Sept 24th-October 15th

Where: Ribbens Field

1st & 2nd Graders 5:00- 5:30               $15

3rd & 4th Graders 5:45- 6:30               $20

With a mix of drills and skills practice this program aims to give kids the opportunity to further develop their athletic skills. 

*Any 5th-9th graders interested in a camp may put name on waiting list at the TAG Center.  Determination will be made based on number interested to run 5th-9th grade camp. 

Nerf Attack

(Boys/Girls/Men/Women ages 7 & older)

When: Sept 25th, Oct 30th, Nov 25

Time: 3:45- 4:45pm

Where: Tag Center Group Fitness Court Room

Cost: $10 per child or $20 per family up to 4

Fall Bags League

When: November- March

Time: Matches start at 6:30pm

Where: Mayville Park Pavilion

Cost: $25 per team

*Recreational and Competitive League Options available.  Register your team at the TAG Center

Women’s Volleyball

When: Wednesdays starting November 11

Time: 6:00pm

Where: The Tag Center Gymnasium

Cost: Dependent on number of teams

Indoor Golf League

When: November 9- December 14

Where: Golf Simulation Room

Time: Reservation

Cost: $72 per golfer

This is played with 2-man teams in a 5 week format.  Teams will “compete” against other teams for the top spot based on scores and handicaps.  Great way to maintain your game during the winter months.
