The Community Development Authority - Enhancements Committee shall consist of seven (7) qualified resident persons to serve as commissioners. The Mayor shall serve as a commissioner and act as the Chairman. The Community Development Authority - Enhancements Committee is authorized by State Statutes to eliminate/prevent substandard, deteriorated, unsanitary and blighted areas; gain/retain employment opportunities for the citizens; increase the City's tax base; and stimulate the flow of investment capital into the City. The Community Development Authority - Enhancements Committee may exercise its powers to promote Qualified Redevelopment Projects that will encourage well planned, integrated, stable, safe and healthful neighborhoods. Monthly meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of each month, at 5PM, or as otherwise posted.  Meetings are held at Mayville City Hall, located at 15 S. School Street.
